“Luke 12:15 New International Version (NIV)

Luke 12:15 New International Version (NIV)

15 Then he said to them, “Watch out! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; life does not consist in an abundance of possessions.”

When we are blessed with money and material things, and when we receive acclaim for any accomplishment, we’re getting not what we deserve, but what God in His grace lovingly allows us to enjoy and to care for.  The essence of life is not ownership but stewardship.  We all need to reflect on how we can be better caretakers of what God has given us.

(Please take one of our new tithing brochures and read it.  There is a lot of good information in it and a great prayer for everyone)
