IMPORTANT INFORMATION: This is to provide clarity about: Financial contributions and statements. The IRS does not allow for anyone to receive credit on their statements of giving for in kind contributions or purchases made on behalf of the church. The only money that can be credited on your statement is money received by the church by making a contribution directly to the church. You cannot receive credit for purchases made by turning in receipts. This is not legal and will not be accepted. Thank

HUMAN RELATIONS SUNDAY: Human Relations Sunday, January 17th is one of the 6 Designated Mission Days of The United Methodist Church. Your generous gift provides acceptance and love to people whom society often rejects. NEW VISION UMW: : The United Methodist Women invite the women of New Vision to a brunch on Saturday, January 23, 2016 from 11:00 to 1:00 pm. Our keynote speaker will be Carla Butler, Director of Wesley Education Center, one of the National Missions of the United Methodist Women. USHER BOARD: The New Vision Ushers will have their 1st meeting of the New Year on Sunday, January 24, 2016 at 10:00 am. between services. This is a very important meeting and all ushers are requested to attend. Please contact Hogarth Merrick at (513) 476-3406.

PASS & RECEIVE: Pass and Receive is the theme of Ohio River Valley’s 2016 Leadership Training Day held on January 30, 2016 from 9:00 am – 2:45 pm. We will be equipping both laity and clergy with new tools for carrying out the administrative assignments of the church. You’ll choose from a variety of workshops that will help you learn and grow as a member of the leadership team of your church. The training location held at Armstrong Chapel UMC, 5125 Drake Road, Cinti, OH. 45243. . Don’t miss the Early bird special! Register & pay by midnight January 12th. $15 is the cost beginning January 13th up to the deadline January 22nd. CLASSICAL ROOTS: 150 Voice Choir of Classical Roots will be giving a 1 night only concert at Music Hall Friday, April 29, 2016 @ 7:30 pm. there are at least 10 members of New Vision who participate in this great concert. New Vision receives a percentage of tickets sold from our church. Get your tickets now from Betty Smith.
