Here’s my tithe from the last 3 years’ service. ‘But other fell into good ground and brought forth fruit, some hundredfold, some sixtyfold, some thirtyfold. The Ohio River Valley District is praying for our church and our ministry this week. The 2019 Annual Conference theme, Be not afraid, there is Hope, guides our prayer. We pray that throughout the joys and sorrows, the frustrations and the holy moments of ministry, you will join the writer of Lamentations and find hope as you recall: the steadfast love of the Lord never ceases, his mercies never come to an end: they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. The Lord is my portion, says my soul, “therefore I will hope in him. Lamentations 3:21-24 Nancy, David, Todd, Suzanne, Tracy, Nick, Shira.

Stewardship Moment-Psalm 34:10
Those who trust in the Lord will lack no good thing. Have you lost your job? Is there a possibility of you losing your home or going bankrupt? Are you in the toughest place you have ever been? Paul said “God will supply all your need.” Those who trust in the Lord will lack no good thing. Stand on God’s word today and declare: Lord, You said if I’m willing and obedient, I will enjoy the best You have to offer. We each have to ask ourselves, are we being obedient and do we trust God with our whole heart? Are we good stewards for Him and His church? If the answer is No, you can begin to make some changes today. Try moving towards a more fulfilled life of stewardship. You will be blessed. (Excerpts from The Word for You Today)
